Even Money uses your email address to manage your account, invitations, and recovery. Your display name, pool membership, picks, standings, and organizer activity are stored so your groups can run their pools.

If you buy organizer credits in the iPhone app, Apple handles payment. We receive and retain the signed transaction and its status to grant credits, prevent duplicate grants, and handle refunds. We do not receive your payment card details from Apple.

If you enable alerts, we store your device notification token to deliver pool reminders and results. You can turn alerts off in the app. Account deletion removes your authentication account, personal profile details, and notification tokens. Historical picks and standings remain attributed to “Deleted member” so past pool results stay accurate.

Group administrators can see the roster and pool activity for the groups they manage. We use service providers for authentication, hosting, email, and Apple purchase verification. Contact support@evenmoneypicks.com for privacy questions.
